1. Qu'est-ce que le kombucha
    what is kombucha?

-

Kombucha is a fermented drink made using tea, cane sugar and a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast called SCOBY.

2. Qu'est-ce qu'un scoby?
     what is a scoby?

-

We know many people have told you it’s a mushroom, but they weren’t totally right. A Scoby is an acronym for Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast. It’s the magical ingredient that feeds itself on sugar and caffeine and generates organic acids, digestive enzymes and good bacteria (probiotics) which make kombucha a healthy and balanced drink.

is your kombucha filtered or pasteurized?

-

In order to keep all the kombucha benefits, our kombucha isn’t filtered nor pasteurized and is very much alive. This way, with every sip, your body can take advantage of all the probiotics, digestive enzymes and organic acids naturally produced by fermentation.

4. À quelle température dois-je entreposer mon kombucha?
at what temperature should i store my kombucha?

-

You have to keep your kombucha in the fridge (0-4°Celsius) because it’s still alive. Otherwise, it will continue to ferment and might lose its awesome taste.

5. Combien de temps se conserve votre kombucha?
how long can i store my kombucha?

Why is there cane sugar in the ingredients of your sugar-free kombuchas?
